MAKEOVER MAGIC
The owner of this 2 bedroom apartment was keen to have it upgraded to present it well for sale purposes. He wanted the job done on a modest budget. We worked with the existing furniture ensuring that the cost was kept to a minimum while maintaining maximum impact. The apartment was repainted, the kitchen was re-lacquered and the majority of the new look was achieved by the soft furnishings, custom made headboard and curtains and the odd 'nick-nack' here and there. The impact of the makeover is evident and the apartment achieved the desired result both for the 'old' owner and the new owner.

The new owner of this studio apartment wanted a bright and fun space to call home when she's in Auckland and to rent out when over seas. She wanted the space to reflect her bubbly, fun personality and to also appeal to the would-be tenant. It has proved popular on both fronts and the owner is delighted with the result.

'HELLO' ART DECO
Ooh-La-La ....
The owner of this apartment wanted to turn her dark and dated kitchen into a bright and cheery, well lit, fun space to suit her energetic and fun personality. We achieved this outcome by adding a bright orange back painted back splash and island front, and gorgeous, rich 'chocolate', marbled granite bench top. We used high gloss kick plates and then added strategic lighting to set it all off. This modern approach with an art deco touch is a fantastic transformation and the perfect result for this apartment owner who's thrilled with the outcome.

'SMALL' IS BEAUTIFUL
This lovely studio apartment was in need of our help. The owner didn't want to spend a lot of money doing this 'baby' up, so .. this is what we achieved on a budget. the apartment was painted, we added soft furnishings to the existing furniture to maximise budget and overall impact. The owner and the tenants were delighted with the result.

ADD A LITTLE - GAIN A LOT!
Check this lounge out - an uninspiring and uninviting space was transformed to a sophisticated and inviting seating area with a few minor adjustments of the furniture placement, and the addition of some luxury soft furnishings.

CRISP AND CONTEMPORARY ...
This was quite a 'big' makeover for the owner's of this apartment, we upgraded this entire 3 bedroom, split level aparment giving it a contemporary yet homely feel and look.
We repainted the entire apartment, we re-lacquered the kitchen and updated the back splash with back painted glass. We also laid large tiles to the entry, kitchen and dining area making this space appear and feel larger, cleaner and more modern.
The owner's were delighted with the end result.

KNIGHTSBRIDGE MAKEOVER
We stripped the entire apartment back to bare walls and 'started again'. We designed a new kitchen with black granite bench tops and the latest F&P wall appliances. We re-used the mirror, tv, bed and couch and lacquered the existing entertainment unit. We used ceramic (wood look) tiles for longevity and aesthetics in the dining/kitchen area therefore defining this space. The sol' dyed nylon carpet feels just like wool but is a great and practical alternative.
The owner's were absolutely thirilled with their 'new' apartment saying that we had exceeded all their expectations.
